Dear Kevin,

There are no adequate words to describe how we feel about the DVD of Emily and Joe's wedding day. You have captured the unique essence of this once in a lifetime experience. Because of the multiple camera angles one gets a complete picture of what occurred at the wedding and rehearsal, which is interesting because we hardly ever saw you or your assistants videotaping! Every time we watch it by ourselves or with friends we notice special glimpses, facial expressions, or special situations that randomly take place that make us feel as if were watching a love story unfold.

You were very professional and at our initial meeting we got a sense that you were genuinely interested in getting to know our family and what we wanted from this experience. You had great suggestions from previous weddings and gave us a heads up as to what works and what doesn't work. You were very accommodating with your schedule and always seemed available whenever we needed you. Even though you were busy with other obligations you made us feel as if we were the only project you were working on at the moment.

Your detailed website allowed us to select the package that was right for us. Since this was the first time we used a video service we were clueless as to what to expect. Working with you was an awesome experience from beginning to end. You created a timeless piece that we never tire of viewing. Each time it conjures up the myriad of emotions from joyful tears to laughing out loud moments. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this masterful treasure!
